I have not exercised for some time and I am afraid I will seem silly or lag behind. Do you think your sessions will work for me?
I seem to have lost not just cardio fitness but upper body strength and flexibility as well. How can you change this?
In the past I have become bored with training and dropped out. How can I avoid this?
I am not a “morning person”. Will I be able to maintain the early morning sessions?
How will you support me on my fitness journey?
I will support you by becoming familiar with your needs, any issues that hold you back and help you work towards goals you may have. I am always available by email or phone if you have any questions or need some advice and I encourage you not to hesitate in asking.
